CONTROLLER INSPECTION

Visually inspect the robot controller and its exterior for any signs of damage. Examine the System Operator Panel for any damaged switches and check the controller seals for integrity.

PENDANT INSPECTION

Inspect the teach pendant thoroughly, including its connector and cable connector. Check the push button overlay for any rips or tears to ensure all components are in good condition.

CONTROLLER CLEANLINESS

Inspect the interior of the controller for general cleanliness. Ensure all cooling fans are operating properly and are free from obstructions. Verify that all boards are seated correctly.

CONTROLLER MAINTENANCE

Replace all backup batteries in the controller. Predictively rate the overall condition of the controller, pendant, and cables on a scale of 1-5. For further assistance or to get a quote, contact us at the provided phone number or email.

MECHANICAL INSPECTION

Visually inspect the mechanical unit and check all cables for cuts or damages. Physically examine the robot joints for excessive movement and inspect the robot's mounting surface. Additionally, check any ancillary equipment attached to or used by the robot.

LUBRICATION AND MAINTENANCE

Inspect the End of Arm Tool for abnormalities. Check the lubricant for any metallic content and replenish all lubricants to factory specifications. Grease all zerk fittings with appropriate lubrication, replace any broken zerk fittings, and inspect visible grease seals for leakage. Replace all mechanical and controller batteries. Ensure the robot is ready to be put back into production and predictively rate each axis and the overall mechanical condition on a scale of 1-5.
